Slightly older and slightly wiser, we're making it official. One day didn't feel like enough, so we've turned it into a long weekend. Come for all of it, come for part of it. Whatever works.

Canvas bell tents pitched at the venue. Built-in groundsheet, real mattress, duvet, pillows, fairy lights, rugs, a table. Hot showers and loos nearby. Sleeps two.

Standard tents are comfortable. Deluxe tents add a wooden bed frame and a sofa.

Getting there

We're on a farm in the Sussex countryside. You'll need a car, a lift, or a taxi.

Our minibus

We've booked a minibus as a free local taxi for anyone staying nearby. Running Saturday, 9 PM to 2 AM, back and forth.

Take a taxi from the station. Don't plan to walk it.

Driving. Postcode TN33 9LZ. Turn into the farm, follow the track straight for about a quarter of a mile, take the first left into the parking field. Parking is on site.

FAQ

Asked and answered.

When should we arrive?

Coming Friday? Any time from the afternoon. Food's out from 5 PM and the quiz starts at 7:30. Saturday-only: aim for 12:30.
Seated by 1:15.

What should we bring?

Just yourselves. If you're staying over: layers, a torch, a towel, and shoes that forgive grass. Bell tent people: bedding's included. Own-tent people: everything you'd normally take camping. And don't forget a swimsuit for the sauna.

Is food really covered all weekend?

All of it. Friday night spread, Saturday feast, Sunday BBQ, breakfast in between. Put dietary requirements in the RSVP.

And drinks?

The bar's on us: kegs, wine, bubbles, a couple of house cocktails you'll hear about. If you need something niche, bring it.

What are we wearing?

Garden party. Colour encouraged, heels discouraged. It's grass all the way down. September can be weather: layers.

Can we take photos?

We have a photographer for Saturday, so feel free to let them do the work. The other two days: shoot everything. We'll tell you where to share it on the day.

Parking? Getting home?

Parking's free, on site. Follow the arrows. The minibus runs Saturday, 9 PM to 2 AM, for anyone staying nearby. Otherwise 247 Taxis, 01424 247 247. Book ahead, taxis don't roam out here.

Gifts?

One section up. Short version: turning up is the gift, the rest is optional.

What happens Sunday?

Sunday is the slow day: massages, sauna, Aperol, the BBQ. Yes, you can get in the lake, or canoe on it.

What if it rains?

It's September in Sussex; we've planned for weather. The important bits happen under cover. Bring layers and ignore the forecast until the day before.
